Moonlit Supply is a small outdoor shop in Pensacola, Florida. We stock tents, sleeping gear, and cook kits we've used ourselves — and we'll tell you straight if something isn't right for your trip.
Moonlit Supply started in 2024 out of a simple frustration: too much camping gear is sold by people who've never spent a night in it. Our founder, Alexus Dickerson, grew up camping around the Florida panhandle and opened the shop to carry the things actually worth packing.
We're based in Pensacola and ship across the lower 48. We don't try to stock everything — we stock what we've tested on real trips, from weekend state-park sites to longer backcountry routes.
If you're not sure what you need, email us before you buy. We'd rather steer you to the right tent than sell you the most expensive one.

Moonlit Supply LLC ("Moonlit Supply," "we," "us," or "our") is a camping-gear shop based in Pensacola, Florida. We only collect what we need to answer your messages and fulfill your orders:
Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), and the contents of any message you send us.
Order and payment details. When you buy something, we receive confirmation of your purchase and the shipping details needed to send it. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card information.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through standard server logs and cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

To process, package, and ship your order, and to keep you updated on its status.
To answer your questions and recommend the right gear.
To handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.

3. When we share information
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the shop, and only to the extent they need it: payment processors to charge your card, shipping carriers to deliver your order, email and website hosting providers, and authorities when we are legally required to respond to a valid request.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet legal and tax obligations (generally several years). You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of any non-essential email at any time. To make a request, email support@moonlitsupply.online. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests regardless of location.
6. Security
We use reputable hosting and payment providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and store to reduce risk.
7. Children
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date.

Moonlit Supply LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating a camping-gear shop at 4 Georgia Dr, Pensacola, FL 32505. We sell outdoor equipment including tents, sleeping gear, camp kitchen items, lighting, packs, and accessories.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by email and may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
Product descriptions, weights, and ratings are provided as accurately as we can, but minor errors can occur. If a listing is clearly wrong, we'll correct it rather than honor a mistake.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through a third-party provider at the time of purchase. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States (lower 48). In-stock orders usually go out within two business days. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, and risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.
5. Returns and refunds
30-day returns. If gear doesn't work out, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the item price less original shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Safety items. For safety reasons, certain items (such as used fuel canisters) cannot be returned once opened.
6. Use the gear responsibly
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Our products are tools, not guarantees of safety — always follow manufacturer instructions, check the weather, and use your own judgment in the field. You are responsible for using gear safely and within its intended limits.
7. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, and layout of this site belong to Moonlit Supply LLC or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend access if the site is misused.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moonlit Supply LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
